Inspector Notes

An on-site monitoring inspection was conducted. Five children were present with 1 staff member which was within ratios for supervision. Children were resting during the inspection after had lunch. Lunch served today was chicken sandwich, carrots, bananas and milk. Reviewed 2 children records, trainings, updated background checks, emergency preparation and health records. Space is dedicated to the daycare with a large playroom and an eating area. No medication was reported to be on-site. Provider has received a level 3 in the Virginia Quality rating and improvement system. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
