An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today, Four children were present with one caregiver for eight points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children finish eating lunch (Chicken and rice, broccoli, applesauce and milk), brushing their teeth, transition to outside play in the back yard and hand washing. Reviewed 2 records, emergency preparation, training and medication that was on-site for one child. Provider has current Medication Administration Training (MAT ) certification until 11/2024. Home is very well maintained, equipped with ample toys and equipment for young children and organized for children in care.
