Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Four children were present with two caregivers for thirteen points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children coloring and working on the alphabet and naming letters, diapering, free play and transition to hand washing. No medication was reported to be on-site. The home has 2 dedicated rooms as well as a downstairs bathroom and outside play area for children to play. Lunch to be served today was a tomato meat sauce, pasta, carrots and blueberries. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
