Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/7/2025 and completed on 3/7/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:57amand ended at 9:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were five children present and two caregivers; the point total was thirteen. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the family day home.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
