During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/3/2026 and completed on 2/3/2026, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:15am and ended at 12:38pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were eight children present and two caregivers; the point total was 17. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included
document review and a tour of the facility.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
