Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today. A total of 9 children (26 points) with 2 staff providing supervision. The children were busy playing downstairs in the program area. The toys and equipment were determined age and stage appropriate for the children currently in care. Completed artwork from the morning activities were drying on a nearby table. The children were working on the letter "L" today and constructed construction paper lady bugs and traced the letter "L". Preparations were underway for St. Patrick's day. No new staff from the inspection in August. All background checks, training and certifications remain complete and current. Two new children enrolled. Both child records were reviewed and found complete. Recordation was found organized and complete. The home had some improvements such as fresh paint and furniture and was found well maintained and neat. No food allergies identified at this time. This inspection occurred between 10am and 12pm.
