Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 8 children (21 points) with 2 staff were present during the inspection. The older children were on the lower level of the home with 1 staff. The younger children were on the middle level of the home was the Provider. Staff were observed feeding some children that required to be spoon fed. Preparation of infant bottles was observed along with hand washing procedures and diapering procedures. No medication onsite at this time and no identified food allergies. Observation of the home was made. One additional barrier in place to ensure the children do not have access to the kitchen area. Artwork was on display in the home that the children had completed. Water paintings and a project that involved the children gluing pieces of construction paper onto a flower stencil. A total of 4 children's records and all staff records were reviewed. Discussion on the provider portal access to submit renewal applications. As a reminder, your license expires in September 2024.
