Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/27/2023 between the hours of 1:10pm-2:30pm. There were 2 children (8 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 2 caregiver records, 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed during naptime. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. The most recent documented review of the emergency plan for the family day home was dated February 2022.
