Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today (7/26/2022) from 9:45 am-10:45 am). There were 11 children directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The children were observed returning from a walk, participating in water play, playing in the dramatic play area with the grocery store and baby carriers and eating snack. Hand washing, potty routines and diaper changing routines were also discussed.
A sample of caregiver, household member records (including pet), child records and emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills were reviewed.
Required background searches, orientation documentation and traiinings for new staff discussed.
No violations were cited at the time of the inspection.
