Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 7/12/2022 and concluded on 7/12/2022. There were a total of 9 children (22 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, blocks. A total of 3 child records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. No medications. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of records and provider interview, Shelter-in-place procedures have not been practiced a minimum of twice per year.
Evidence: The last documented shelter in place drill was dated 6/22/2021. The provider stated that she has not conducted a shelter drill this year.
Plan of Correction: Provider will conduct a shelter drill this month and every 6 months going forward.
