This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A (monitoring/renewal/complaint) inspection was initiated on July 27, 2021 and concluded on July 29, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and an inspection was conducted. There was 1 children present, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 child records and 3 staff/household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
