Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on December 5, 2022. There was 1 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Based on review of caregiver's record, the caregiver did not complete the required Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff.
Evidence
The caregiver confirmed she did not complete the 10 hour Virginia Preservice Training or the 3 hour updated training.
