Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:30am and 11:30am. There was 1 child present with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The child was observed playing with blocks. A total of 1 child record, 2 household members records, and 1 caregiver record were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence:
Located in a lower bathroom drawer, a razor was accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection, razor was removed.

Based on review of the emergency preparedness plan, the provider did not update the plan. annually.
Evidence:
The emergency preparedness plan has not been reviewed since 11/12/2019.
Plan of Correction: I will make sure that the plan gets reviewed every year.
