Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of approximately 11:55 a.m and 1:25 p.m. There were 10 children present, between the ages of 4 months and 3 years, with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 31 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed preparing for lunch and napping. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, playground, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review and interview, the provider did not obtain a copy of the results of a search of the child abuse and neglect registry for a caregiver from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.
