A monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/30/2024 and concluded on 04/30/2024 from10:17 AM to 11:26 AM. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from two to five years, with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of five children?s records, one provider, one staff, and two household members records were reviewed/updated.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
