Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on April 28, 2022 between the hours of approximately 10:15 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. The supplemental health and safety requirements were reviewed during this inspection. Ninety-nine (99) children were enrolled and seventy-one (71) children were in the care of thirteen staff members on this date. Five children's records and three staff records were reviewed and/or updated. Program observation was completed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined covered all of the subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in the licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
