The unannounced non-mandated inspection, conducted from 10:50 a.m. to 2:20 p.m., was for the purpose of investigating a self-reported incident that reportedly occurred at the center on 04/08/2022. Interviews with staff were conducted. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the allegation is determined to be "not valid".
