The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced remote inspection on 08/08/2022 and concluded on 08/10/2022 in response to a complaint received by the department on 8/08/2022 for allegations regarding supervision. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the
allegations . The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so
