The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 03/26/2024 and 04/22/2024 in response to a complaint received by the department on 03/19/24 for allegations regarding supervision. Interviews and observations were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation do not support the allegation, so the complaint could not be substantiated.
