Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused monitoring inspection was initiated on March 18, 2025 and completed on March 18, 2025, as part of enforcement watch. The Department issued a Notice of Intent to Deny Renewal Application for a License on November 13, 2024, as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection was conducted by two inspectors and began at 12:10 p.m. and ended at 2:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 79 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed four staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, observations, interviews, and tour of the facility. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
