Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

The center has built a one room addition to be able to serve more school-age children. The director has submitted all the necessary paperwork from local officials approving this addition. A virtual inspection was completed on 06/02/2021 and the room and bathrooms were completely finished and furnished with table and chairs set up and all the necessary supplies.
Activity supplies for children were available and set up ready to be used. Cleaning and other supplies were stored to meet requirements. Required postings were posted. No violations were issued.

The licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
