Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/08 and concluded on 08/19. The director was contacted by phone and virtual inspection was conducted. There were 103 children present, ranging in ages from infant to school age with staff maintaining ratios. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, staff did not get a tb screening every two years.
Evidence:
1. The inspector reviewed 4 staff records. Staff #2 had a TB screening on 5/18/18 and they are good for two years.
Plan of Correction: Staff will be sent to get an updated TB screening and other files will be reviewed.
