Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, interview and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/14/22 and concluded on 0217/22. The director was contacted by phone and virtual inspection was conducted. There were 64 children present, ranging in ages from infant to preschool age, with 14 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and four staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
