Inspector Notes
A complaint inspection was initiated on 8/14/23 and concluded on 8/14/23. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision. The inspection started at 1:10pm and concluded at 2:53pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Repeat and Systemic
Based on review of documentation, the center failed to ensure that ratios were met in the infant room as required on 8/9/23.
Evidence:
On 8/9/23 documentation showed that there were 3 infants and 3 toddlers in a grouping from 6-6:59am with 1 staff. The required ratio for this grouping of children was 1 staff to 4 children.
There was a total of 20 children, aged infant through school age, in care within the center during the first 45 minutes of opening, with only 3 staff on site during that time.

Plan of Correction: Since Friday I have added workers to our morning shift at 6:30 am. I will keep a close eye on attendance sheets to maintain corrrect ratio.
