An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 7/8/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 6/26/2025. The inspector reviewed one child?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interview and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
