Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Seven children were present with two caregivers for twenty two points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children eating lunch (ham and cheese sandwich, strawberries, peas and milk), hand washing, diapering, transition to free play and preparation for rest time. Emergency preparation is up to date. Reviewed 2 children's records, 2 caregiver records, 1 household member record and trainings. The patio will be re-done over the weekend. No medication was reported to be on-site . The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
