Inspector Notes
This Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 03/24/2022, between the hours of 10 am to 1 pm. There were 3 children present (9 points), with 1 caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards, code, and/or law. No violations were issued.
