Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 09/29/2022. There were a total of 5 children (11 points) observed with 1 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: naptime. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, potentially poisonous substances were not stored in areas inaccessible to children.
Evidence:
Two bottles of engine fuel were observed out front of the house next to the sidewalk where the children play.
Plan of Correction: I will have my son move them.
