An announced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 07/30/2024, in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 9:40 am. Based on observation, the provider did not ensure hot water at taps were maintained within a range of 105 degrees to 120 degrees.
Evidence:
The tap available to children was 128 degrees.
Plan of Correction: We are going to call the plumber to help us adjust the water temperature.
