An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 09/30/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 am and ended at 11:35 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 0 children present and 1 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household members records on-site.

A landline telephone, excluding a cordless or cell phone, shall be available, operable, and accessible during the family day home's hours of operation. An operable landline telephone is one that does not require electricity to operate. Cordless or cell phones may be used in addition to the landline telephone.
