Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:50pm-1:50pm. There were 4 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 1 caregivers record were reviewed. The children were observed napping, eating and washing hands. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
