An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/26/2025 and completed on 8/26/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:00PM and ended at 12:50PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 13. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and caregiver/household member records on-site.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
