Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:05pm- 12:45 pm. There were 4 children directly supervised by the provider. The home, staff records, children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed eating lunch, cleaning up, washing hands and going on a walk to pick up friends Potty routines were also observed and or discussed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, cleaning supplies were not stored inaccessible to children.

Evidence:
There were cleaning wipes on the fireplace by the kitchen and front door when the children were lining up to go pick up their friends.
Plan of Correction: I will move.
