Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:50pm-2:45pm. There were no children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's record were reviewed. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
