Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on May 28, 2024 at approximately 10:00am and concluded on May 28, 2024 at approximately 11:00am. There were no children present at the time of inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, and emergencies and nutrition. No child records were available for review. A total of 3 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
