Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on May 28, 2024 at approximately 10:00am and concluded on May 28, 2024 at approximately 11:00am. There were no children present at the time of inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, and emergencies and nutrition. No child records were available for review. A total of 3 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review and interview, the provider did not ensure that the license and any other documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.

Evidence:
1. The current license for the family day home was not posted at the time of the inspection.
2. The current inspection notice was not posted. The inspection notice that was posted during inspection was dated 3/7/2023.

Based on record review and interview, the provider did not ensure an up-to-date record was maintained at the family day home for each enrolled child.
