Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review , interviews and virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was concluded on 7/13. The provider was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 12 children in care ranging from 10 months old to 12 yrs. old. with two caregivers present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staff and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards of law. No violations were issued.
