Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was completed from 11:50 a.m. until noon. There were 8 children in ages infant to 12 yrs. old present with two providers present and supervising at all times. The point total was 14.
Children were observed having a snack, washing hands, playing inside and outside, and having a water break.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and five staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the provider did not have up-to-date records for each enrolled child.
Evidence:
1. Child #2's record was last updated 03/2018, child #4's record was last updated 8/20, and child #5's record was last updated 10/20.
Plan of Correction: Provider stated she has most updated information on all children, but did document the record. She is in the process of updating file and will review and document each file accordingly.
