Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was completed on 01/26/2023. There were 5 children present with two providers supervising. The point total was 14. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and two provider records were reviewed. The inspection started at 11:40 a.m. and ended at 12:45pm.
An updated emergency preparedness plan was given to the inspector.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
