During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/12/24. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 and ended at 11:45. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children for a total of 8 points and 2 caregivers present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 provider records. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observation.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Children are not allowed access to decks and porches that do not have protective barriers or guardrails.

There is an elevated patio area that is approximately 24 inches high near the paved driveway that children have access to.
Plan of Correction: Fencing has been purchased to put up around the area. Children will not use the area until the fence has been installed.
