Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/8/22. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children in care. The physical space, furniture and equipment that would be used by the children was assessed. One caregiver's record and two household member's records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
