Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on October 7, 2022 from 1:40pm to approximately 2:40pm. Present in the home were two staff members and seven children totaling 22 points. The inspectors were able to take a complete tour of the home, observe First Aid kids, and emergency preparedness documentation. Children were napping and one infant awake. The Inspectors reviewed five children?s records, two staff, and two household members? records. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
