06/21/2022 - An in person complaint investigation was begun today in response to allegations being received in our office. The investigation is on-going at this time. The document provided as part of a termination letter must be amended as it does not accurately reflect statements made by the Licensing inspector (LI).
7/29/22-
Based on multiple interviews and documentation review, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations. The complaint is not valid.
