Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 9 children present (23 points) with 2 caregivers.
3 child and 3 caregiver records were reviewed, See Violation Notice for non-compliance cited.
The fridge/freezer temperatures, first aid kit, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, first aid/CPR certifications, chimney inspection, Crib spacing and bathroom supplies were all in compliance.
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys, playing outside, eating lunch.
