Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 23, 2024 from 8:00am until approximately 9:10am. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to 4 years, totaling 14 points with 1 staff supervising. Children were observed participating in free play activities, handwashing, and transitioning to eat breakfast. Breakfast consisted of milk, bagel, and oranges. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, 1staff record and 1 household member record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
