An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on October 28, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:25 am and ended at 12:50 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records and 1 household member records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the FDH, observations, interviews, and document review.
