Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on September 13, 2021 and concluded on September 14, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There are currently no children in care. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 staff/household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
