Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:45am and 11:00am. There were 4 children present, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed playing with the toys on the floor. A total of 4 child records and 1 caregiver records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
