During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to background checks, supervision, special care provisions and emergencies and special services.

An unannounced, on-site focused) inspection was initiated and completed on 02/17/2025, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to background checks, supervision, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 AM and ended at 12:40 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 37 children present and 6 staff. This inspection included:

? tour of the facility,
? interviews, and
? observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and a violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on February 24, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

At 11:10 AM, the temperature in the gymnasium where children ages 5 years through7 years were in care, the air temperature registered between 58 and 62 degrees.
