A monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/28/2023. The inspector arrived at 2:30 PM and departed at 3:30 PM. There were 4 children present, totaling 9 points, with the provider supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 2 caregiver/household records were reviewed.
