An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on March 11, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:40 AM and ended at 9:45 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5children present and 1caregiver. The point total was 13. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 2 caregiver/household records on site..
